Thank you for choosing TukTuk Soda / Navruz Foods Inc. We take pride in delivering high-quality beverages and ensuring they arrive safely to you.
Please review our return and refund policy below.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
All sales are final.


No Refunds

We currently do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we want you to have a great experience.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or resolution when appropriate.


Non-Deliverable Packages

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer not being available to receive it, the order will not be refunded.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
